Process modules

The five process modules

Every line is assembled from these five modules. Each is also sold on its own into an existing line; three of the five projects below started that way.

Two to four chutes per cabinet. Accept and reject separate at the base, so rejects re-run without a second pass.

Roller set changes with the crop — abrasive or knife heads. The door opens on the full width, so a change-over takes one shift.

Assembled and run before it ships

Four things worth asking any supplier to evidence, and the form they come back on.

Inspection points, in the order they happen

Contact materials
AISI 304 throughout, 316L where product meets acid. Ra ≤ 0.8 µm on every contact face, logged against the heat number.
Dry-run FAT
The complete line is assembled and run in our own bay before crating. Attend if you can; if not, the run is recorded.
Weld inspection
100% visual on food-contact welds, dye penetrant on sample joints, material certificates filed per batch.
Metering during FAT
Water draw, installed load and throughput recorded on the acceptance sheet during the run — measured, not quoted.
